About Diana’s Paws Dog Walking & Training

Hi, I’m Diana, the founder of Diana’s Paws.

My love for animals has always been a big part of who I am. I was the girl who wanted to rescue every stray, who felt most at home around animals, and who always knew that pets were family.

In 2018, what started as a small side business walking dogs and pet sitting grew into a full time company built on trust, structure, and genuine care.

Diana’s Paws was created to build real, lasting relationships with pets and the people who love them. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build a team of incredible people who share that same commitment to animals and to providing dependable, thoughtful service. I’m extremely proud of the people behind this company and the level of care they bring to what we do every day.

Our team takes the time to truly get to know the animals we care for, including their personalities, routines, quirks, and individual needs. We notice the little things because the little things matter. Going the extra mile has always been part of who we are. We’re not here to simply complete a service. We want our clients to feel confident knowing their animals are with people who genuinely care about them.

We also believe that we should never stop learning. Continued education, hands on experience, asking questions, improving our handling skills, and expanding our knowledge of canine behavior are important parts of our culture. There is always more to learn, and continuing to grow makes us better for the animals and families who trust us.

Training is at the heart of what I do. I work directly with dogs and their owners to build structure, clear communication, confidence, and a stronger relationship. Whether I’m guiding a new puppy, working through behavioral challenges, or helping an owner better understand their dog, my goal is always to work with the individual dog in front of me. Every dog is different, and effective training starts with understanding the dog, the environment, and the goals of the owner.

That same philosophy carries throughout our company. We take a whole dog approach because true well being goes beyond obedience. Structure, enrichment, nutrition, physical health, emotional well being, genetics, environment, and individual temperament all matter.

Our core values of safety, clarity, respect, growth, professionalism, and community guide the decisions we make. We believe in clear expectations and consistent leadership while respecting each animal as an individual. We show up prepared, communicate openly, support one another, and hold ourselves to a high standard.

Most importantly, being trusted with someone’s pet and welcomed into their home is something we never take lightly.

I built Diana’s Paws the way I would want someone to care for my own animals, with structure, attention, patience, respect, genuine care, and a willingness to go the extra mile when it matters.

What began as a small side business has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Diana’s Paws has become a purpose, a responsibility, and a way of life. The animals we care for are not simply part of our work. They are the reason we do it.

I believe what makes Diana’s Paws different is that this is not something we simply do. It is something we genuinely live. The way we care for animals, the way we continue to learn, the way we show up for our clients, and the standards we hold ourselves to all come from a deeper purpose. We want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the animals entrusted to us and in the lives of the families who love them.

Building Diana’s Paws has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. It is work I am proud to stand behind, and it is something I intend to continue growing, learning from, and dedicating myself to for years to come.

For us, this is more than a business. It is a responsibility, a relationship, a purpose, and a life’s work.
